Reiki is a gentle way of energy/spiritual healing with a holistic approach promoting healing of the body, mind and spirit using healing hands. It is suitable for people of all ages as well as pregnant women who can benefit from the gentle healing and calming energies.
It is also possible to send Reiki energy to your children, pets, important life events such as birth, wedding, job interview, an important meeting, funeral, or a project you are working on if you need some inspiration, etc.
Some Reiki healers say that receiving Reiki for one hour is the equivalent of four hours of deep restorative sleep and I quite agree based on my own experience.

The typical session would last 1 hour includes an assessment, Reiki healing, and personalised post-healing advice. You will be able to choose whether you would like contact or non-contact when you receive Reiki treatment.

During these sessions, I will empathically resonate with your energy just as if you were with me in person. It will be no different if you were 10 or even a 100 miles away, the effects of Reiki healing are the same.
I will be utilising healing crystals, candlelight, and Reiki symbols to amplify the energy I will be sending to you.
